What is CAPA?

CAPA stands for "Certified Automotive Parts Association" and it is an organization in USA that provides test programs to ensure durability and quality of automotive parts

How can I find parts for my vehicle?

There are two ways that you can use to find parts for your vehicle. You can either use the Make-Model-Year search tool on the website or you can utilize the search box on the top right corner.

What are the methods of payments?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, and E-Transfer.

Are the method of payments safe?

When you place an order, the transaction occurs between your bank and our bank via a 100% secured checkout. We do not recieve any information of your PayPal, Credit Card, or E-Transfer accounts. So the transaction is 100% secured and safe.

Do you paint the parts?

Yes we do. Please check the Paint Option in the navigation menu for more information.

What is the quality of the parts?

We only sell High Quality and CAPA Certified (Certified Automotive Parts Association) Parts to ensure durability, quality, and perfect fitment.

Where are you located and shipping from?

We are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

How long does it take to recieve my order?

For Montreal residents the delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days and for rest of Canada 3-5 business days. These timing are best estimated and are not guaranteed. For the painted parts, 15 business days is required for the paint job and thorough quality control. Note: Please make sure you are available during the delivery time at the shipping address provided. If not, the parts will be sent to the courier office for pick up. The parts will be available up to 5 business days for pick up at the courier office. If the parts are not picked up they will be returned to us. In this case, the items will be restock (30% restocking fee) and shipping cost will not be refunded.

What is the shipping cost?

In order to figure out the shipping cost, you need to add the parts you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and go to the checkout and put your address to see the shipping cost. Then, if you are still interested you can go ahead to the payment section and complete your order. Additional charges may apply for some area and postal code, RR and territories and remote area Or also oversize package.You will received an extra email regarding that extra charge and you will have the options to pay or refused or giving the alternate address.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the purchase date. There is a 30% restocking fee of the total invoice for canceled or returned products and services. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and the shipping cost is not refundable. If we made a mistake on your order we offer 100% refund. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST also be in the original packaging and resalable. Note: Discrepancy claims must be reported within 5 business days after delivery. Any damages, discrepancy, paint quality, paint matched color issues MUST be reported prior of installation.

 

What if the parts I received is damaged during the shipping?

While we use extra packing material to make sure your package arrives in one piece, there is that 1% of the time where it almost seems like the post office has been playing bowling with the package. It’s very crucial for the receiver to thoroughly inspect any shipments they receive and make note of any changes or damages before signing their delivery receipt. Any damaged part must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the part. Pictures of the damaged parts must be taken and sent to info@huntparts.ca
